Royal Mail 24, with the majority of parcels delivered next day, and a small minority in 2 working days from dispatch. Usually dispatched 24 to 48 hours from order. Available items shipped immediately.

Order must be placed before 2pm to be guaranteed delivery for the following working day (if you order on FRIDAY, the next working day is MONDAY).
*Guaranteed Saturday Delivery – £15.99 – option available at checkout
It is possible to arrange guaranteed delivery for a Saturday at a rate of £15.99 per parcel (under 2kg). If this service is required please call 020 8465 5600 to arrange.

Please ensure that there is someone available to take receipt of the parcel, otherwise a card will be issued and you will need to collect from your local delivery office. We will dispatch your order using the specified service but unfortunately we cannot accept liability where Royal Mail or other courier services fail to uphold their promised delivery times.

We dispatch goods Monday to Friday using your chosen Delivery Method. All orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be dealt with the next working day using your chosen Delivery Method.
Items shown as in stock are available for immediate dispatch using your chosen delivery method. However, on rare occasions errors occur which result in a product being out of stock. If any items in your basket are described as not available in their requested quantity, and you choose Free Standard Delivery, your order will be held and dispatched as soon as all items within it are available. This is usually no more than 7-10 days. If you have chosen Premium Delivery, Next Working Day or Saturday Delivery then all available items will be dispatched immediately and the remaining items will be sent on when they all become available.
Multiple Orders / Parcels:
If you place several orders in quick succession to the same delivery address, we may combine them and dispatch as a single parcel. We may occasionally dispatch your order in more than one consignment. If we do this it will be clear from the paperwork that there is more to follow.
For security reasons, some deliveries may require a signature. If you are unlikely to be at your delivery address during normal working hours please provide an alternative delivery address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel.
If no one is available to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card explaining how to collect it. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel within the time frame mentioned on the card. If you do not collect your parcel in time the parcel will be returned to us. You will need to contact us to arrange re-delivery and pay for the extra costs incurred in re-sending the parcel.
Please check carefully when placing your order and be sure that you are happy that you have completed the billing and delivery addresses correctly and in full. We will dispatch to the address that you specify as the delivery address. If you have an account and have placed orders before please double check that the current order is going to an up to date address. If as a result of an incorrectly input or incomplete address your parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the cost of sending it out again.
Lost in Post:
The delivery service we use does not consider a parcel lost until it has been in the UK postal system for a period of 14 working days and 21 days for International orders. Although it is highly unlikely for deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to despatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. You will be asked to complete a lost parcel form prior to us re-dispatching your order. Please contact us if you are concerned and we will do all we can to help you.
