Ingredients: 100 grammes fennel; 4 star anais; 10 cloves; 1 heaped tbsp turmeric

Bhav's Warming Fennel Tea Mix ☕️

When the world seems too much and problems mount to overwhelm Bhav’s cup of spiced love in a mug may just be the answer...

This tea smells divine. It’s gorgeous spices dispense properties to blast away the autumn bugs and to warm your heart.

Containing turmeric, cloves, star anais and heaps of heavenly fennel.

Making the Mix:
Grind ingredients together in your coffee grinder, Bullet Ninja or other device, with a 1 minute blast.
Shake the mix through a sieve, so that you are left with a fine mix. Store in an airtight container ready for use. This mix makes approximately 16 cups.
Now make the tea:
Bring filtered water to simmer in a pan, enough water for each cup you are making.
Add 1 teaspoon of the tea mix for each cup you are making of mix and simmer for 3 minutes.
Pour into your favourite chunky tea mug and enjoy.
