Sugar Free Macadamia Chocolate Brownies
Sugar Free Macadamia Chocolate Brownies
Our Sugar Free Macadamia Chocolate Brownies are a favourite family treat. They're a lovely, soft, moist, melt in your mouth brownie, but made with healthier ingredients!
They are low sugar as sweetened with ripe bananas instead of heaps of sugar as most are. You can adapt the recipe to suit your level of preferred sweetness, by adding or reducing the amount of banana.
I prefer to use fruit to sweeten my recipes whenever possible as this is much better than using heaps of sugar or sweeteners. Sugar lacks nutritional value, vitamins and minerals and is known to be addictive. Fruit contains fibre as well as vitamins. These Sugar Free Macadamia Chocolate Brownies make a perfect healthier food swap for bake sales, parties and outings.

Notes
These gluten free brownies are sweetened with banana and raw honey, so are much better for you than sugar or sweetener ladened brownies. Sugar lacks nutritional value, vitamins and minerals and is known to be addictive. Honey on the other hand contains vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and flavonoids that fight free radicals. You need only a little honey and can reduce for Ketogenic or very low carb adaptions. These Gluten Free Macadamia Chocolate Brownies make great healthier foods for parties, if you are like me and bring your own healthier treats to children's parties and on outings.
