Sugar-free Blueberry Ripple Frozen Yoghurt
Frozen yoghurts are super easy to make and a major win if your children enjoy these instead of the commercial ice creams full of sugar, poor quality refined oils and flavourings.
Servings 12 servings
- 1 egg organic, free range
- 300 ml creamy natural yoghurt organic
- 100 ml light olive oil cold pressed
- 200 g blueberries organic
Blend all of the ingredients together in a jug blender until a smoothie consistency.
Pour mix into your chosen moulds. We usually use lolly pop moulds for our children but are trying out these ice cream bar moulds here.
Freeze for 1 hour or until frozen.
Defrost and serve.
The sweetness can be adapted to suit your own preferences and diet plan. For keto and low carb versions we don't add the honey. If not on these eating plans you may choose to add in honey to sweeten to your tastes and still enjoy a much healthier treat.
